Provide your trading name, business type, contact name and phone, city and area. Upload your National ID or passport. Individuals and sole traders can apply without a company registration number.
Your store location
Your suburb or area is enough to apply. After approval, confirm the exact pickup address and location, and upload your own storefront image. Dovi reviews your image before activating orders. Replacement images need another review.
Documents
National ID or passport is the only document needed to submit for review. Business evidence and applicable food-hygiene documentation are checked after approval, before activation. Council trading licence uploads remain optional in the application.
Your operations
After approval, add payout details, weekly hours, preparation time and your first products. These are not required to submit an application. Upload private documents only through the secure application, not the public contact email.
