Record your setup
The application lets you select more than one POS system, including StoreLine, BRM and Other, or choose None. Add the provider/reseller and version. These details help Dovi understand demand; selecting a system does not connect it.
Connect in controlled stages
The Dovi connector API is designed for branch-specific orders and preparation updates first, product mapping and stock next, and price observations and reporting afterwards. Each vendor bridge needs its supported interface, test access and validation before activation.
A safe fallback matters
Orders keep a permanent reference. If a configured connection becomes overdue, the integration screen shows an alert and a manual-handling option. Staff must first check whether the till already received the order. Stock information includes its last synchronisation time.
No compatible till yet?
You can prepare and manage your Dovi store through Partner Hub and Dovi Partner. Dovi Cashier remains an optional lightweight tool. StoreLine and BRM are discovery options, not claims of certified or universally supported vendor integrations.
