Check before opening
Review fast-selling products and any items affected by a supplier delay. Make unavailable items unavailable in Dovi. Remember that stock on a shelf may already be reserved for another order.
Check during the day
Review quantities after busy in-store periods. If you have an active POS stock connection, look at the last successful sync time. A configured connection is not evidence that the latest shelf change reached Dovi.
Do not substitute silently
A similar-looking product may differ in allergens, price, quantity or suitability. If an ordered item cannot be supplied, follow the order’s available issue/support process. Only use a replacement flow if it is enabled and the customer’s consent and any payment adjustment are confirmed.
Keep prices independent
An in-store POS price observation must not silently overwrite a Dovi selling price. Submit the intended Dovi price through the normal catalogue and approval process.
