Choose the category that truly fits
Dovi’s current application supports groceries/essentials, restaurants and bakeries. Grocery subcategories include personal care, baby, beauty and DIY. A selectable category does not automatically approve every product within it.
Check eligibility before uploading
For another retail type, contact Dovi with your product range, branch location and approximate packaged sizes. We will need to confirm suitability, delivery handling and any restrictions. Do not choose a misleading category to get through the form.
Clear product details reduce surprises
Describe brand, variant, size and contents accurately. Use your own product photos or images you are authorised to use. Discuss returns and any specialist handling requirements before activation.
