Name the brand, pack size and variant so customers know what they are buying. Use your catalogue categories to keep browsing simple. A 2 kg bag and a 5 kg bag should be separate, accurately priced products.
Keep stock up to date
Keep Dovi stock aligned with what can actually be picked. Set unavailable items out of stock promptly. An in-store sale does not automatically update Dovi unless a supported, tested POS connection is active.
Pack orders safely
Separate cleaning products from food and protect fragile goods. Record packaged weight, dimensions and handling requirements where the product settings request them. These details help assess appropriate delivery transport.
Before you apply
Start with your contact details, trading name, business type, city and area, and National ID or passport. Store setup and payout details follow after approval. Upload your own storefront image after approval; Dovi must review it before you can accept orders. Delivery coverage is confirmed before activation.
