Use named staff access. Never share passwords or one-time codes. Use customer information only to fulfil and resolve the relevant order; do not repurpose it for unrelated marketing.
Issues and commercial terms
Keep the order or statement reference when reporting a problem. Refunds, adjustments, eligibility and commercial obligations are determined through Dovi’s review and the agreed terms. These pages do not create a separate refund promise or fixed payout schedule.
