Think about preparation
Choose hours that give staff enough time to prepare orders and hand them over safely. Review the preparation time in your store settings when your menu, staffing or capacity changes.
Plan exceptional days
Review hours before public holidays, staff events and planned maintenance. If the current controls do not support a date-specific exception, arrange the temporary change with Dovi and restore your usual schedule afterwards.
When the unexpected happens
For a power, water or connectivity interruption, contact Dovi about active orders and follow the continuity guide. Closing hours or losing connection does not automatically resolve an order already accepted.
